I am an experienced athlete and coach. As a Division I long and triple jumper at Harvard College, I have spent years learning about the techniques that maximize speed, agility, strength, and coordination. As an All-State high school athlete, I observed how general athleticism training enhanced my performance as a soccer and basketball player. As a coach, I instructed the under-10 and under-14 Southampton Soccer Club academy teams for 6 years. Since my Freshman year at Southampton High School, I also provided private training for soccer and track and field athletes.

As a personal trainer in Southampton, NY, I specialize in training children and teenagers. To improve athletic performance, I employ track and field techniques that develop explosiveness, coordination, agility and endurance. As a personalized soccer and track and field instructor, I have discovered the most effective and fun exercises that build skills applicable to every sport. I modify each program to cater towards a client's desires, regardless of age or experience level, producing better overall athletes.
